through music and song
Songs by musician and registered nurse
The songs you can hear on this website are designed to help a person with a learning disability learn about personal, social and health education and sexual health.
The songs are appropriate for a range of ages – each song has its age-relevance.

FEELING GOOD is aimed at the
person who masturbates and has
little insight into the need to do
it privately, and the person who
possibly does not masturbate
as a result of misunderstanding
the social culture and attitude
towards masturbation, thinking
it is ‘wrong’, ‘dirty’, or ‘bad’ to do
it at all. The intention of the song
is to give an accurate message
about masturbation: that it is OK
to masturbate if you choose and
OK not to; that it can feel good;
and that you must masturbate
only in a private place.
